However, if you choose not to subscribe, you can still get daily
updates on the Indexes Database. Delete all the other databases (see below), and
try the update again. You are still entitled to technical support at 225-266-
Solutions
- Start FTComm.
- Switch to the User Settings Tab.
- Review the database file names.
If you believe that you have a valid subscription to each of the databases
listed, then switch back to the FTComm Download Tab and do a database update.
Watch the messages that appear. They will tell you which of your databases is
not being updated.
If you believe these databases should have been updated, then call us at
(866) 295-0166 ext. 2 for assistance.
If you know that you do not subscribe to a particular database, then, on
the FTComm User Settings Tab, click the browse button of the database. Click
on the database file name to highlight it on the file box, then hit the Del
key to delete the database. FT4Web should now work.

Deleted databases can be reinstalled online. However, a reinstallation will
not solve the timestamp problem.
Trial Databases
You may add a database at anytime for a free 30-day trial . Once that trial expires, please subscribe to keep it
current. The timestamp error will occur if you have an old trial database.Delete the old trial database to avoid the "Timestamp Error."
